Why buy from Artisella?
All our watches are 100% authentic supplied in the original manufacturer's box together with the manual, official certificates and the authorised dealer stamped international warranty. This is identical to you buying directly from a dealer.
Our delivery times are published against each watch and these are usually accurate. In a small number of circumstances we may be able to get the watch faster than advertised, so please contact us if you need your watch in a hurry. Please note that if we occur additional charge, we may need to reduce the discount slightly.
Because of the high value of our products, at this time, orders can only be shipped directly to the billing address. We aim to ship all items within 24 business hours of receiving the full payment. All items are sent via a courier and whilst in transit are fully insured to their full value.
** Important note: our delivery times are based on the fact that our authorised dealer network and the manufacturer have the watch in stock. In the case that watch has to be ordered from the manufacturer in Switzerland a delay will occur which is not within our control. We will keep you updated at every step of the process. **

Will my watch come with all of the original paperwork from the manufacturer?
Yes. All of our unworn watches come with the original paperwork; we would not sell it to you otherwise.
We take our payment security very seriously and accept all major credit and debit cards (including American Express) through the WorldPay payment gateway.
You can also pay securely via PayPal, direct bank transfer or over the phone.
When placing your order we ask that you pay a 20% deposit to secure your watch. You can also pay the full amount up front if you wish.
Once we have received and inspected your watch at our offices we will let you know, and ask that you log back into your account to pay the balance. Once we have received the final payment from you, we will ship your watch via fully insured courier.
We also give you the option to make your payments in instalments over the course of 60 days after we have received your watch. Again, once we have received your final payment, the watch will be shipped out to you. Please note, that the international manufacturers warranty is valid for 2 years from when it is stamped by our authorised dealer, prior to being shipped to us.
We operate a 14-day refund policy. Please let us know in writing within 14 days if you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return your watch.
We are VAT registered business. At present all of our products are purchased under the VAT margin scheme, which means we pay VAT on our profit margin. This is why at present we are unable to ship outside of the UK. We hope to be able to purchase products soon on a full VAT invoice which will enable our international customers outside of the European Community to purchase and then reclaim the VAT.
Hours of business
Our hours of business are Monday - Saturday 8.00am to 8pm. However, if you have a query please feel free to get in touch outside of these hours, as we are always happy to discuss watches with our customers.
All of our watches come with the original manufacturers international warranty which has been stamped by the authorised dealer. In the event of an issue with your watch, you are able to deal directly with the manufacturer or an authorised dealer. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects but excludes bracelets, straps, bezels, batteries, and general wear and tear.
