Genuine fine Swiss Watches sourced from authorised dealers across Europe

We source all our unworn watches direct from manufacturer-approved authorised dealers throughout our extensive European network. All our watches come with a manual, official paperwork and a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

If you are interested in a watch that is not listed on our website, please contact us. In most cases we will be able to source it for you.

Secure Payment

We offer a secure payment method via WorldPay and accept all major credit and debit cards. We are also happy for you to pay by bank transfer or over the phone.

When placing your order you have the option to pay the full balance or a 20% deposit. If you choose to pay a deposit we will contact you for the balance once we have received and checked your watch.

Free, Insured, Secure delivery within the UK

Our team inspects each watch before it is sent out to you. We want it to reach you in pristine condition with all necessary paperwork in place. All of our couriers are fully insured and require proof of receipt/identification upon delivery.

Our advertised delivery times are are based on the assumption that our authorised dealer network has your watch in stock. Occasionally, the watch will need to be ordered from the manufacturer in Switzerland, delaying delivery to you. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible and will keep you updated at every step of the shipment process.

Watches come with original manufacturer warranty

All our watches come with a 2-year stamped manufacturer warranty. This means that in the unlikely event there is a problem, it will be handled by the manufacturer service centre, ensuring that you also get the very best of service at all times. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects but excludes bracelets, straps, bezels, batteries, and general wear and tear. This warranty entitles you to take the watch to any authorised dealer and they will be able to help you directly.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your watch we offer a 14-day refund policy. Please contact us and let us know in writing within 14 days of receiving your watch.
